Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your regular-priced purchase and would like to return or exchange it, please email contact@pacifieronline.com with the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
RETURNS MADE WITHOUT AN RA# WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Due to the nature of our business, returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days upon receipt of the product.
Returned merchandise must be in original packaging (not the original shipping container), with tags attached, and in resalable condition.
Strollers, car seats, furniture, and special orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective).
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING FREE SHIPPING: If your purchase qualifies for free shipping, and you choose to return all or part of the order, you will be credited the full item price minus the shipping and handling costs that we incur in shipping the item(s) to you.
Furniture Orders
Please note that shipping dates for furniture drop ship orders are estimates provided by the manufacturer. These dates can change due to overseas shipping delays, manufacturing delays, and/or customs inspections. Pacifier will always notify you of changes to the expected ship date. Since the actual ship dates on such orders are out of our control, flexibility is a must. If unexpected delays of 1-4 weeks are not acceptable, we strongly suggest you opt for furniture items that are currently in stock. Please call us at 888.623.8123 for further assistance.
Cancellations
If you need cancel your order, please call us at 888.623.8123. After an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping
Pacifier ships within the USA and worldwide. International customers, click on the "International Customers" button at checkout.
Before your order is processed, you will see the shipping charges that will be added to your order. Pacifier ships by weight through Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx.
For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11AM ET. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 11AM ET through Friday 11AM ET will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11AM ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes.
