Will Amazon assemble your stroller for you? We didn't think so. We offer free assembly, plus we'll match their price (or any other online price), plus we'll pay your sales tax! (Plus you'll feel good supporting a local, independent shop.) Just stop by our N.E. Minneapolis location and show us the lower online price on our computer, or call or email us if you prefer to receive confirmation in advance.
Stroller price matching is currently available for our bricks-and-mortar customers only. Please allow up to one day for stroller assembly.
If you are not satisfied with your regular-priced purchase and would like to return or exchange it, please email contact[at]pacifieronline.com with the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
RETURNS MADE WITHOUT AN RA# WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Due to the nature of our business, returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days upon receipt of the product for store credit only. Store credit does not expire.
Returned merchandise must be in original product packaging with tags attached, and in resalable condition.
Strollers, car seats, furniture, and special orders (those items marked as shipping within 1-2-3 weeks) or drop shipments are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item is damaged upon receipt, Pacifier will work with the manufacturer to obtain the necessary replacement parts or product.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In order to maintain fair and efficient shipping costs, we ship all orders complete. If any items on your order are listed as out of stock or available within a few weeks, but you would like to receive available items immediately, please note your wishes in the comments field during checkout and we'll be happy to assist you in determining any additional shipping charges.
Free standard shipping is valid on orders shipping within the continental U.S. only. Please note:
If your purchase qualifies for free shipping, and one or more items are noted as backordered or out of stock on your order, we will contact you via email to offer you the choice of either holding your order to ship complete for free, or shipping your order in two parts for a small, one-time shipping fee.
If your purchase qualifies for free shipping, and you choose to return all or part of the order, you will be credited the full item price minus the shipping and handling costs that we incur in shipping the item(s) to you.
We ship to APO addresses via US Priority Mail or Parcel Post, depending on the size of the package. Due to the extra cost of shipping to APO addresses, shipping costs will be charged for all replacement parts and items sent to APO addresses.
Please note that shipping dates for furniture drop ship orders are estimates provided by the manufacturer. These dates can change due to overseas shipping delays, manufacturing delays, and/or customs inspections. Pacifier will always notify you of changes to the expected ship date. Since the actual ship dates on such orders are out of our control, flexibility is a must. We are unable to ship strollers and car seats outside of the USA due to federal standards and regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Before your order is processed, you will see the shipping charges that will be added to your order. Pacifier ships by weight through Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx.
For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11AM ET. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 11AM ET through Friday 11AM ET will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11AM ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes.
A signature is required on orders over $100.
Human error sometimes happens. We reserve the right to refuse to honor pricing errors and typos.

Due to the high number of emails, snail mail helps your product stand out more. Please do not email hi-res photos, and please do not stop by without an appointment. While we love to see new products (especially locally-made ones), we don't have a full-time buyer, so we're usually busy helping customers. Due to the high number of submissions, we regret that we are unable to respond to all inquiries.
